Property damage insurance coverage is valid during the construction period and the subsequent warranty period. Property damage warranty period insurance coverage is offered together with construction period insurance coverage.<\/p>\n

The object of insurance is the construction of a building or construction work. It is also possible to insure construction machines, work tools and tools used in construction work, e.g. fire extinguishers, scaffolding, tools, tables, chairs, shelves, cabinets, computer and office equipment in the heat and\/or storage room.<\/p>\n

A property damage insurance event is an unexpected and unforeseen damage, destruction or loss of the insured object at the place of insurance and during the validity of the insurance cover for a reason that is not excluded according to the insurance conditions.<\/p>\n

Liability Damage<\/h3>\n

Liability damage insurance coverage is valid during the construction period and the subsequent warranty period.<\/p>\n

The object of insurance is the insured person’s property obligations arising from unlawful damage related to construction activities. Insurance coverage extends to persons insured under the insurance contract. The insured person is the policyholder and all persons whom the policyholder uses in the performance of his construction contractual obligations.<\/p>\n
